Sapphire Team

Murray Brothers

Vice President

Murray H. Brothers has been in the water business since 1980. His experience in the business began with working with pumps, and moved into water treatment in 1984. Since then, he has done nearly every aspect of water treatment, from Vancouver to Halifax. Murray has pioneered membrane treatment on the prairies. He installed the first Municipal Membrane Water Treatment Plant in Saskatchewan. Brackish well water, along with very cold temperatures mixed with high amounts of iron and manganese present many challenges in membrane treatment. Murray's methods for treating this type of water with membranes are a benchmark followed by everyone in the field today.
